The A20 Pro chip will be Apple’s first 2-nanometer iPhone processor. This new manufacturing process allows the A20 Pro to deliver more power and efficiency in a similarly sized footprint.
The chip also uses another new innovation called a wafer-level multichip module, which integrates SoC and DRAM at the wafer level to improve performance and reduce power consumption.
