24.9QT LARGE CAPACITY: The maximum capacity of each tank is about 12.5QT. Total maximum capacity 24.9QT. Recommended total oil capacity up to 15QT/14.16L (7.5QT for each tank). Single Basket Capacity: 6.55QT. What’s more, each side has a power plug, which allows to operate each side separately and fry different kinds of food at the same time. MAX power: 3400W (1700W for each plug). （NOTE: There are white protective tapes on surface. Please peel off them before use.)
TIMER & TEMPERATURE CONTROL EQUIPPED: The deep fryer is designed with timer. You can set the time from 0-60mins. And the temperature is also adjustable (60°C – 200°C (140°F – 392°F)). Besides, it comes with two 6.55QT frying baskets.
EASY TO CLEAN: Each tank has a faucet style drain for oil releasing. And its rotating fryer head also makes cleaning easier.
SAFE: The double fryer comes with lids for the tanks, which can prevents the splashing of boiled oil. And the plastic handle for each basket can protect you from being scalded.
