How did we get our start?

Hello! I’m Laura, the founder of Elanen Naturals (pronounced “EL-uh-nen”). I’m a holistic mama of two dogs and a baby girl, and I’m a licensed herbalist.

I started Elanen Naturals as a way to know the herbs I used for myself, my family, and my clients were of superior quality, stored under the right conditions, tested for moisture, microbes, and heavy metals when necessary, safe to use, and contained only medicinal-quality plants.

We are a 100% family-owned small business operating out of beautiful Ventura County, California.

What makes our products unique?

Our products are always tested for total aerobic bacteria, yeast and mold count, coliform count, e. coli and salmonella before arriving at our facility.

Our herbs & botanicals are also moisture tested to make sure they have a reading of 12% or less to ensure an item isn’t prone to mold, fungus, or bacterial outbreaks.

We use organic practices to not only store and package our products, but to clean our facility as well. All of our bulk herbs are USDA certified organic.
