Does this qi receiver fit thicker phone cases?

Pls confirm the thickness of your phone case is not more than 2mm. The receiver is slightly thick, so we recommend using a light or soft case to ensure effective charging.

Can I use wallet case for charging?

The receiver can automatically detect any foreign metal objects. Pls remove any cases with metal or magnet attachments before charging.

Is there a power requirement for the wireless receiver?

Standard charging requires a minimum power input of 5V/2A (10W). Some computer USB ports and power adapters may not provide sufficient power for charging.

Are there any use tips?

Please ensure that your phone’s operating system is up to date and that the wireless charging position is centred on the wireless charger.
