Why won’t it turn on?

1. Long-press the shade seting button for 2 seconds and see if there’s any response.

2. lf there’s no response, chargeit for 5 minutes and then try to turn it on again.

3. lf it still doesn’t work, please request support.

How long does the motor take to charge? and how long can it be used with a full charge?

It takes about 6 hours to charge and can be used for 4-6 months when fully charged.

(Please note that the actual length of time it lasts depends on how often you use it and the width you purchase.)

What do the green/red lights on the charger mean?

During the charging process, the indicator light turns red; it takes about 6 hours to fully charge, and the indicator light will turn green.
