Q1: Why can’t I adjust the temperature?

When the curling iron enters “LOC” (Lock Mode), the temperature becomes locked to prevent accidental changes during use. To adjust the temperature, simply double-click the power button to unlock. You can then set your desired temperature.

Q2: How can I set the iron to adjust and hold the temperature I need?

If your curling iron is in “LOC” (locked) mode and won’t adjust, quickly double-press the power button to unlock it. You’ll then be able to set and hold your desired temperature.

Q3: Why does the temperature keep changing on its own?

After turning on, the curling iron will heat up until it reaches your set temperature. If you lower the temperature (e.g., from 390°F to 320°F), it will cool down to the new setting and then remain stable.

Q4: When does the curling iron lock automatically?

If no button is pressed within 3 seconds after turning on the device, it will automatically enter “LOC” (Lock Mode). In this mode, temperature adjustments are disabled. We recommend setting your desired temperature within 3 seconds after powering on.
