Preparation – Adding Liquid

The cooker must always contain a minimum amount of liquid (usually water, broth, etc.) to generate steam and pressure. Pour in the liquid before placing the lid. This ensures proper pressure buildup and prevents dry cooking or overheating.

Locking System

Positioning and locking the lid: The lid has alignment notches that must match the body of the pot. The user places the lid on and rotates or engages the central handle mechanism to lock it in place. if pressure builds up inside the pot, it will not unlock thanks to its safety knob.

Cooking Under Pressure

Heat is applied. As the water boils, steam pressure builds up inside. The valve on top releases excess steam to maintain optimal internal pressure. The visible steam shows the cooker is in its active pressure phase.
