Samsung is showcasing its vision for connected AI-powered kitchens at the Kitchen & Bath Industry Show (KBIS) 2026 in Florida, including its latest bespoke AI lineup and ultra-premium built-in features from its luxury brand Dacor. Think a new wine dispenser or a sophisticated “hidden kitchen” look.
Dacor’s setup focuses on premium wine culture. There’s a 24-inch undercounter wine cellar, wine column, and built-in wine dispenser that can handle four bottles. This dispenser also has two temperature zones to keep your reds and whites perfectly chilled. Pour exactly the amount you need with just a tap.
The concept of a “hidden kitchen” has also been introduced. Home appliances that blend into curved pillars and furniture. This includes a refrigerator, cooktop and award-winning 24-inch dishwasher, proving you don’t have to choose between practicality and good looks. All Dacors are compatible with SmartThings, so you can control everything from your phone.
Another big story is Samsung’s Bespoke AI Refrigerator Family Hub. Powered by AI vision, it uses smart cameras to understand what’s inside. It already recognizes 37 types of fresh foods and 50 types of processed foods, and Samsung plans to make it even smarter. You can also chat using Bixby voice control to get recipe ideas based on what you have on hand.
Besides refrigerators, Samsung is also showcasing a number of other bespoke AI products. This includes dishwashers, ovens and washing machines.
