Why does this wireless car charger charge slow or not charging?

1. Make sure that your phone supports the wireless charging function.

2. Please remove the thick, uneven or rugged case, metal ring holder, metal attachments and credit cards for optimal charging. Be sure your phone case is NOT thicker than 5mm.

3. Before using the phone wireless charger, please use the provided USB cable to connect the phone mount to QC3.0charging port to connect the power. Other adapter or USB Port doesn’t support fast charging and can not supply enough power.

4. GPS navigation or playing music may have an impact on the charging speed, the rate of battery consumption may be higher than the charging.

5. Please notice: Any wireless charging is not as fast as wired charging, which is not the defect of this wireless car charger.
