Why do I feel that the ANC function has no effect?

1) Ensure ANC is on (green light);

2) Make sure it is not in transparent mode (green light). Hold “ANC” button for 2s until the light turns off and then press once.

Do 1Mii Y8 headphones completely block external sounds?

The 1Mii Y8 effectively reduces ambient noise, especially low-frequency sounds like airplane hum or air conditioning, but higher-frequency noises, like voices, may still be heard.

When the headphones are not charging, the following troubleshooting tips may help:

1) Try replacing a faulty USB charging cable.

2) Dry the cable; moisture may cause a short circuit.

3) Recommended to use a 5V, 1A adapter.

When using LDAC, please follow these steps to set up your device for optimal listening:

After connecting to Y8, go to Bluetooth settings, select “Y8,” then navigate to LDAC playback/audio quality and choose “Compatible audio and connection quality.”
