Do I need a food processor if I already have a blender?

Food processors and blenders have some similarities, but blenders are mainly for liquids while food processors excel at chopping, slicing, and grating solid foods. A basic blender cannot replace a food processor’s functionality.

Why the LED indicators are blinking and food processor do not work ?

Before using the food processor, it’s crucial to securely lock the bowl, lid, and protective cover to activate its safety mechanism. Instructions for installation can be found in the manual or on the Magiccos US YouTube channel.

Is it normal to have some vibrations, noise and food residuals?

This food processor may exhibit vibrations, noise, and some food residue, similar to other brands.

Vibrations are more noticeable during dough kneading or cheese shredding, or when the bowl is almost full. Please hold the bowl a bit if necessary.

Why I can not cut longer fries ?

For cutting longer fries, select appropriately sized potatoes, position them horizontally, and refer to the Magiccos demo video for optimal results.
