Please wait 1-2 minutes after the water boils then turn off the power switch before opening the lid.(Be careful not to shake.)

Can this small electric kettle also be used without cord?

No. It ONLY works when plugged up!

The kettle is said to be stainless steel, but why are there black spots after use?

Sekaer that all portable kettle are made of food-grade stainless steel. It’s normal if your kettle exposes spots or rust on the stainless steel bottom after the first use if the water quality in your area is so hard.

How to Descale / Clean the Kettle?

Filling the kettle with 1 cup of vinegar or lemon juice and 1 cups of water. Boiling the liquid and leave it for 2 hours, then use a cloth to clean and wipe. Rinse the kettle with clean water, repeat as needed.
