The wireless charging pads are embedded in the marble surface, one on each side. It’s important that your phone is aligned correctly with the spot in order for wireless charging to work as designed.

What kind of power adapter does the Dual Classic Stone need?

The Dual Classic Stone employs the universal USB-C charging standard, and as a measure against e-waste, a power adapter is not included. Any USB-C charger that supplies 30W will work well to connect the Dual Classic Stone to wall power.

How do I clean surface marks or dirt?

The Dual Classic Stone can be gently cleaned with a cotton pad or microfiber cloth and a small amount of mild, non-acidic soap or detergent. Remember that the Dual Classic Stone is not waterproof and should never be submerged in water.

What kinds of devices can I recharge?

The Dual Classic Stone will charge any device that is compatible with the Qi wireless charging standard, including the latest smartphone models from iPhone and Samsung, true wireless earbuds, Qi smart rings, Qi smartwatches and other Qi devices.

Can the Dual Classic Stone recharge my Apple Watch? What kinds of devices can I recharge?

The Classic Stone provides wireless power using the Qi standard. The Apple Watch is not a Qi device (it only charges using Apple’s proprietary standard), making it incompatible with the Classic Stone.
