Can it be used with the lid open for cooking?

Yes. Some modes, such as the griddle mode, can be used with the lid open. In this mode, only the bottom heating plate will work while the top heating element remains closed.

Is it easy to clean?

To clean the accessories and splash guard effortlessly, simply place them in the dishwasher. Moreover, a cleaning brush is provided to eliminate any tough residue. For the interior cleaning, a sponge or damp cloth usually does the trick.

How long does it take to preheat to 450°F? Can I skip the preheating step?

Preheating usually takes about 5 minutes to reach 450°F. Once preheating is done, the machine will beep and the panel will flash. You have the option to bypass the preheating process by pressing the Preheat Button on the panel while it is preheating.

Does it have a pause button?

To pause cooking, press “Start/Stop” button. Timer will stop. Press button again to resume. Opening the lid will also temporarily pause the device, and it will automatically resume when the lid is closed.
