Apple TV+ is available for a limited time at 70% off as part of a new promotion operated by the company.
From now until April 24th, new and returning subscribers will be able to get Apple TV+ for $2.99 a month for three months. The special offer is the timing of your friends and neighbors’ releases in the new Jon Hamm series, which premiered this Friday.
Cut price offers are being promoted to both new and returning subscribers. If you haven’t subcontracted to Apple TV+ last month or so, you’ll likely be able to get a $2.99 deal. (This offer is only available to those who subscribe directly to TV+, not via telephone carriers or other bundled methods.)
After three months, your subscription will automatically renew at the regular price of $9.99. But of course you can cancel at any time before that to prevent additional charges.
Watch TV+ on almost any device, including Android, using the new apps available on The Google Play Store. A single subscription can be shared with up to 6 people through Apple Family Sharing.
This is the first major TV+ promotion of the year since the free weekend in January. The company clearly hopes to attract a new wave of viewers. Viewers will be able to keep up with buzzy hits like Severance and The Studio, along with the release of friends and neighbors later this week.
Apple clearly sees Jon Hamm Drama as the winner, and renewed the series early to the series last fall. On the show, Ham plays Andrew Cooper, a former hedge fund manager who resorts to stealing gorgeous handbags and watches from his rich neighbors to fund his own luxurious lifestyle.
