How to connect the motor to Alexa?

When you successfully connect it to the APP. The APP is compatible with Alexa and Google Assistant, and you can log in to Alexa and Google Assistant on the APP to control it by voice. In addition, you can also set “Tap to Run” to control it via Siri.

Can I create a routine for my shades?

Yes, both Tuya/Smart life APP and Alexa can create routines for your blinds.

I want to order 6 blinds, do I need to buy 6 hubs to connect to the APP?

Not necessary. Up to 30 blinds can be connected to one hub.

I plan to buy 5 roller shades, do I need to order a separate remote for each window?

Not necessary. We offer 1/2/6/16 channel remotes. You can shop for a 6 channel remote if they are all in the same room

My window is 45 inches wide and 68 inches tall, how should I fill in the order size if I choose outside installation?

To completely cover the window, please add 3~6” to the width and height when filling out the order size.
