If you like nitro drinks, this is the kitchen appliance for you

XBREW launches EverNitro, a countertop appliance that generates nitrogen directly from air, eliminating the long-standing shortcoming of home nitro beverage machines: disposable cartridges.

The device, unveiled at Beyond Expo 2026, uses pressure swing adsorption (PSA) molecular sieve technology to extract up to 95% pure nitrogen from the surrounding atmosphere. This is the same process found in producing medical oxygen and preserving commercial food. Twin molecular sieves rotate and operate, allowing continuous production without interruption.

The cartridge-free design is the main difference from existing home nitro products, which typically require the continuous purchase of disposable steel cartridges.

Two injection modes are available from the digital control panel. High-speed mode delivers 78% pure nitrogen in 25 seconds, while high-purity mode reaches 90-95% purity in 60 seconds for denser foam and a smoother finish across cold brew, cocktails, matcha, and beer.

The Pro version expands the machine’s nitrogen supply to two additional functions: It involves whipping fresh cream under pressurized nitrogen and preserving coffee beans, tea leaves, and syrup by replacing oxygen in special storage bottles. According to XBREW, this method is superior to vacuum-based alternatives in slowing oxidation.

EverNitro launched on Kickstarter, and the campaign raised $590,812 from 1,760 backers against a $5,000 goal. EverNitro Lite is promised for $269 and EverNitro Pro for $299, both with estimated delivery dates of February 2026.
