Apple’s global rollout of assistance and health features continues
as discovered by mcroomersApple is rolling out high blood pressure notifications for Apple Watch users in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, and Vietnam.
This feature takes into account 30 days of heart data collected by the Apple Watch to notify users about possible high blood pressure issues.
Apple says the feature won’t “detect all symptoms of high blood pressure,” but it’s expected to help more than 1 million users detect high blood pressure problems within a year of launch.
Apple is reportedly extending its sleep apnea warning to Colombia. As Apple describes it, the feature “looks for breathing problems during sleep and notifies you if you see consistent signs of moderate to severe sleep apnea.”
Finally, mcroomers Apple also says it will release multiple AirPods auxiliary features “to a long list of European countries, including the United Kingdom, Germany, Austria, Poland, Switzerland, Finland, Norway, Ireland, and Denmark.”
These features include hearing aids with hearing tests and automatic speech boost features designed to help users identify hearing problems and adjust system settings and features to optimize AirPods use for specific needs.
