Apple’s animated adventure trilogy, WondLa, returns on November 26th with a six-episode finale. Watch the trailer below.
“The future has many aspects.”
WondLa premiered in 2024 as the result of Apple’s second collaboration with director John Lasseter’s Skydance Animation, following the premiere of Luck, one of Apple’s first animated feature films.
And while its second season only premiered last April, the story is set to return for its final chapter on November 26th.
Here’s what Apple has to say about what to expect from WondLa’s third and final season:
War breaks out between humans and aliens in the epic final season of WondLa. With the fate of Obona at stake, Eva must embark on her most dangerous mission yet: to reclaim the stolen heart of the forest. Along the way, she gathers old friends and unlikely allies for a final stand. But to save Obona, Eva must not only find the heart, but also build a bridge between two divided worlds and prove the ultimate truth: “There are no ‘they’.” We’re the only ones there. ”
WondLa’s voice cast includes Janine Mason (Roswell, New Mexico), Brad Garrett (Everybody Loves Raymond), Gary Anthony Williams (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows), Alan Tudyk (Rogue One: A Star Wars Story), John Ratzenberger (Toy Story), Peter Gallagher (Mr. Deeds), and more. The new season features Shohreh Aghdashloo (Star Trek Beyond), who also voices the trailer.
