On October 10, let’s take a moment to be grateful for all the ways we can care for ourselves and each other. You can earn this award by recording 10 minutes of mindfulness or meditation on the Add Mindful Time to Health app.
In recent years, Apple has invested in bringing mindfulness into its ecosystem through products such as the Journal app, dedicated Apple Watch activities, and meditation and self-reflection challenges.
Friday’s challenge expands on that and will likely give many Apple Watch users their first real encounter with these concepts.
