All New in iOS 26 Beta 3

iOS 26 Beta 3 was launched for the developer beta iPhone. Below we collect all the iOS 26 Beta 3 changes compared to previous versions.

Changes to iOS 26 Beta 3

First, iOS 26 stock wallpapers have more color choices. Four styles include Shadow, Sky (previously the default), Halo and Dusk.

We’ve also fixed the behavior of the app icons on the iPhone dock. If you use less than four icons, the restored behavior.

The dark version has the latest design. However, liquid glass from other apps like the ones shown in the photo is not much different:

On the iPad, you can find the cursor by shaking the cursor and making it huge immediately (like on a Mac). The iPados 26 also adds support for swiping between full screen and window apps. Back on Mac, there’s a new lake inspired by Lake Tahoe wallpaper.

Apple also added a little more saturation with the Photos app icon, reducing the blurry appearance of small sizes.

The file icon has a dash with a lot of purple gradients.

WatchOS 26 Beta 3 brings liquid glass button treatment to the passcode entry screen.

The icons for the Sleep app have also been changed in color.
