Troubleshooting Steps:

Q: Why can’t I charge the body camera for two hours but the camera still can’t be fully charged?

A: Please check whether the output current of your charging adapter is less than 2A. If it is less than 2A, it takes longer time to charge due to the small output current. It is recommended that you replace the charging adapter.

Q: Why can’t the body camera be turned on?

1) Since the camera may consume all the power during long-term transportation and storage and cannot be started correctly, please fully charge the camera before using it.

2) Please check whether you have installed a micro SD card in the camera. The camera needs to install a micro SD card before it can work.

Q: I have installed a micro SD card in the camera. Why does the blue & red indicator lights flash 5 times and then the camera go off after turning on the camera?

1) Please check whether you have formatted the SD card to FAT32 format before installing the SD card, otherwise the camera cannot read the SD card and shuts down.

2) Please use a reader to connect the SD card to the computer and check whether the SD card can store other files to ensure that the SD card is not damaged.

3) Please make sure you install the SD card when the camera is turned off, otherwise the camera cannot read the SD card and shuts down.

Q: Why is there only sound but no picture when the video is played?

A: This is because the video file and the player are incompatible. Please change VLC Media Player to play the video.

Precautions For USE

1. Since the package has been transported for a long time before it is delivered to you, please make sure to fully charge the camera before using it, otherwise the camera may not turn on.

2. Please use an adapter greater than or equal to 2A to charge the body camera. The package only comes with a USB cable, no adapter.

3. Please install a micro SD card in FAT32 format (up to 128GB) for the body camera before use.

4. Please pay attention to the installation direction of the micro SD card, the side with text is close to the back clip.

5. Please install the micro SD card when the body camera is turned off, otherwise the camera cannot read the micro SD card and will not work.

6. If the micro SD card is not installed or the installation direction is wrong, after turning on the body camera, the blue & red indicator lights will flash 5 times and then the camera go off.

7. In order to better watch the recorded video, it is recommended that you use “VLC Media player” to play the video.
