Mounting Style: IAH09D – an integrated, adaptive 9-inch head unit. 4 ways internet access: This upgrade from the S8 SD features Android 10.0 with 4G/32G storage and offers four internet access options (Cellular, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, USB tethering). SoC: UIS7862, featuring an ARM Cortex Octa-Core (up to 1.8 GHz) with an ARM Mali-G52 MP2 GPU on a 12nm process. UI: Runs our AICE UI 11.0 based on Android 10 (Android Q). DSP & Pre-Amplifier: Features a built-in digital signal processor for precise equalization, signal delay, bass boost, and bass filtering. Offers 9 preset EQ modes and 32 adjustable frequency bands (split evenly for front and rear). Includes a built-in amplifier delivering up to 4×45W BTL (with RMS 4×24W at Vcc=14.4V, THD=10%). Bluetooth: Dual modes with Bluetooth 5.0 (supporting SBC & AAC codecs and HFP/HSP/A2DP/AVRCP/PBAP) and Bluetooth 4.1. USB Ports: Two USB interfaces for data communication (reading USB drives—including portable SSDs—and enabling mirror casting/phone integration).

Vehicle Fit: S8G2094MS is designed as a standard double DIN car stereo with the IAH09D integrated 9-inch display. It offers an OEM-style appearance when installed with 9-inch YO-FUNG vehicle-specific dash kits (wiring harness, data interface, mounting kit). The large display minimizes interference with air vents and controls.

Being a universal car stereo, additional accessories (such as a dash frame kit, wiring harness, radio antenna adapter, or data interface) may be needed for a proper installation. Use the SBV (Search By Vehicle) tool to find compatible parts.

S8 MS provides 4 Methods for Internet Access – Wi-Fi/BT/USB Tethering & built-in Cellular Network Modem:

1). Wi-Fi/BT/USB Tethering

●S8 allows users to connect to the phone’s hotspot via WiFi or Bluetooth tethering for internet access.

●Running online maps or streaming music online on Android car stereo do not need high bandwidth(less than 200kb/s), Bluetooth tethering connection is capable of dealing with such demands.

●Compared with WiFi connection, Bluetooth tethering has lower power consumption, so the phone battery will last much longer while Bluetooth tethering is enabled;

●WiFi connection is easier as it requires only one step – enable your phone’s WLAN hotspot, then WiFi connection can be finished within 2-4s; Bluetooth connection requires 2 to 3 steps;

●USB network tethering is a newly introduced option by us, it allows users to share phone data with S8 via the USB connection. This could help save the phone battery, or even increase your phone battery level slightly; You only need to run the specific CarbitLink application in the background;

2). Built-in Cellular Network Modem

●The SIM card slot only takes micro size. SIM with Data Plan is not included in the product package. The built-in cellular network modem module works with frequency bands supported by most carriers. Frequency Bands Supported are – 2G (GSM 850, GSM900, GSM1900); 3G WCDMA (B1, B2, B4, B5, B8); 4G LTE (B1, B2, B4, B5, B7, B8, B12, B13, B17, B19, B25, B26, B38, B41); Only carriers who support bands listed above can allow S8 to access the network. Even if the frequency bands in the above list are supported, the operator’s communication base station does not cover the places your vehicle stays, S8 will not be able to access it.

●As this is a universal car stereo, extra accessories may be required to finish installation in a specific vehicle (not provided in the package). It is the buyer’s responsibility to prepare them (if applicable). They may include (but are not limited to) a dash frame kit, a wiring harness, a radio antenna adapter, a data interface, etc.

●Our SBV (Search By Vehicle) is an efficient online tool provided by us. Input your vehicle details and you possibly access a curated list of compatible accessories and installation parts, including dash kits, wiring cables, antenna adapters, and data interfaces, etc.

HD 720P Rearview Video Display with Live Rear-View (LRV) Feature

●Traditional car stereos can only take and display 400-600 lines CVBS rearview video signal. Our S8 MS works with a specific HD camera (AC-HD02LR, sold separately) to show HD 720P rearview video quality.

●Live RearView (LRV) Feature – Access Rearview even if vehicle in moving ahead. This could remove obstructions of passengers, headrests and the vehicle’s roof and rear pillars, increasing field of view (the lanes behind and traditional blind-spots).

●The specified backup camera (AC-HD02LR) for Live RearView is sold separately.

●To secure Google, Facebook, and other SNS accounts from unauthorized access, S8 offers a screen lock option that activates when the car stereo is not under your c0ntrol.
